在经历了长达九个多月、二十七次以上不同层面的正式会晤、磋商后，深圳航空于21日在北京与德国汉莎货运航空正式签约建立翡翠国际货运有限公司（简称翡翠航空），总投资额九千万美元。中国民航总局局长杨元元出席签字仪式。新华社报道如下：Leading global cargo carrier Lufthansa Cargo and the growing Chinese carrier Shenzhen Airlines finalized an agreement yesterday to form an all-cargo joint venture airlines after nine months of negotiations.

Shenzhen Airlines takes a controlling 51 per cent stake in the joint venture, which is named Jade Cargo International, while Lufthansa Cargo holds 25 per cent, the maximum for a single foreign investor in a joint venture of this kind as Chinese policy regulates.

The popular uprising in this impoverished Central Asian nation of 5 million forced Akayev to flee, was breathtaking in its speed and resulted in only a few dozen injured. The government was the third in a former Soviet republic after Georgia and Ukraine to be brought down by people power over the past year and a half.

One immediate challenge for the new rulers was rampant looting in government buildings and shops in the capital, Bishkek.

联合国安理会3月24日一致通过决议，决定在苏丹南部地区部署一支由1万人组成的联合国维和部队。不过，安理会仍然未就法国提出的将苏丹西部达尔富尔问题提交国际刑事法院的决议案达成一致意见。外电报道如下：The U.N. Security Council has voted unanimously to authorize a 10,000-strong peacekeeping force for southern Sudan but remained deadlocked on any action for Darfur in the west.

The peacekeepers are to monitor a crucial agreement signed in January between the Khartoum government and southern rebels that ended a 21-year civil war. That conflict cost two million lives and forced four million people from their homes.

The council's resolution, drafted by the United States, calls for up to 10,000 military personnel and a civilian component of up to 715 police officers. U.N. officials say implementation will take several months.

A federal jury in Oakland decided in favor of Immersion in September and ordered Sony to pay $82 million in damages.

Police fired tear gas at dozens of angry fans who ran onto the field after the goal, and state television immediately cut its live transmission. Dozens of people passed out after inhaling the gas.

He tended to be more top down and they tend to be more bottom up."

Although no real weapons or bio-agents are used, state and local officials responded as if it were the real thing, sending ambulances to hospitals and flooding the area with investigators and emergency workers in hazardous materials suits.
